Sure. Might be a good fit for you. I haven't used it myself.

Installed SBS2003R2 and not trying to figure out how to use it...
i want a common email to be monitor by everyone, i created a public
folder and incoming mails to info@xxxxxxxxxxx goes to the public
folder.
Now i want my users to be able to respond with info@xxxxxxxxxxx so:
1, a incoming email goes to the public folder
Yep.
2, a company user respond to this email
Yep - if they've been granted "Send As" rights to the PF
3, if the email is replyed the reply goes to the public folder
again.
Not possible - they'll have to move it manually or via a rule
how do i do this?
All users have Outlook 2007 with only the personal email enabled.
What do you mean by "personal email" ?
I would not use a PF for this - I'd set up a shared mailbox. It will
at least have a Sent Items folder & the permissions will be easier
to manage. Your users can either move their sent items manually, use
a rule, or you can check out RightFrom and UniSent at
www.ivasoft.biz.
