Assuming your SBS with ISA has 2 nics in and is working properly, and the client machines are attached to the LAN side of the SBS, you can still control access with ISA, even though the clients are running XP Home. Once they've saved SBS credentials against their local account(s), IE and the Firewall Client should both pass along the saved credentials.
Of course, in an SBS environment the workstations should be XP Pro, rather than XP Home (by definition XP *HOME* is unsuitable for an office environment).
2. ISA Server have a many problem in my server, which is previously I admit
my problem in this newsgroup forum.
Please give me your suggestion.
I'd go back and review the solutions given to your original ISA questions. If those didn't help you resolve your ISA issues, I'd post fresh questions. If you've removed ISA and are planning to reinstall it, make sure you follow the instructions on the Premium disc.
