Robert, thank you for your response.
The deal concerning the laptop is the following:
The laptop is being used by my while working in the field.. The laptop does
not belong to any network in particular.
I used the verizon card to connect to the internet...
I have several SBS customers and when they call me I would like to give the
support as soon as possible.
I used to be able to connect to any of my customer's RWW and from there
provide support by remote assistance from the server in their LAN or simply
connect to the computer or server with the problem.
Lately, I am still able to get to RWW and I am able to login into RWW but
cannot connect to any machine via RDP from the RWW.
I will try to do as you ask and see if we can get any results...
Thank you

Hi Jairo,.
Thanks for posting in out newsgroup.
Please also check the following:
Step 1: Please check if the wireless Verizon is in HCL list.
More info:
http://www.windowsservercatalog.com/
Step 2: Please make a clean boot to make sure the problem is not caused
third party software:
1. Click Start->Run...->type msconfig and press Enter.
2. Click Services tab and select Hide All Microsoft Services and Disable
All third party Services.
3. Click Startup tab and Disable All startup items.
4. Click OK and choose Restart.
5. After reboot, check whether the problem still occurs.
6. If there are no more problems, please use the above steps to enable
services and startup items one by one in order to figure out the root cause
of this issue.
Step 3: Please try to RDP to your SBS server, what's the result?
Please also let me know where your desktop computer is, in Lan or out of
office?
I am looking forward to hear from you.
Best regards,
Robert Li(MSFT)
