Hello Casey,
Thank you for posting here.
From your post, I understand that in Group Policy Results Wizard, no useris listed and the next button is grayed out.
Would you please gather following information for me? Thanks.
1. Did you run Group Policy Results Wizard on a client workstation or on
the SBS server?
2. Did you run Group Policy Results Wizard as a domain administrator?
3. Are other operations normal on the problematic workstation?
4. When Group Policy Results Wizard asking you to select a user, could you
select Current User and click next?
In addition, please do following tests on the problematic computer:
Test: Check if RSoP works:
===================
1 Start Microsoft Management Console (MMC), click Start, click Run, type
mmc, and then click OK.
2 On the File menu, click Add/Remove Snap-in.
3 On the Standalone tab, click Add.
4 In the Available Standalone Snap-in box, click Resultant Set of Policy,
and then click Add.
5 In the RSoP snap-in, right-click Resultant Set of Policy, and then click
Generate RSoP Data.
6 After the RSoP Wizard starts,
7 Click Logging mode, and then click Next.
8 Specify the computer on which you want to run RSoP, and then click Next.
9 Specify the user for which you want to collect RSoP data, and then click
Next.
10 Review the summary of settings, click Next, and then wait for RSoP to
finish processing the data.
11 Click Finish.
12 In the RSoP snap-in, click the newly created RSoP query in the console
tree.
Please also help me gather following information:
1. Please help me capture screenshots of the window that the next button is
greyed out and send to v-mzhuan@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
To capture the image, we can perform the steps below:
(a) When the error message appears, press the Print Screen key several
times (this key is located to the right of the F12 key on the keyboard)
(b) Open Paint ['start' => 'All Programs' => 'Accessories' => 'Paint'].
(c) Click Edit (menu) -> Paste or press Ctrl + V.
(d) Click File (menu) -> Save. Save it as a .jpg or .gif file and send it
to me as an attachment.
2. Please download the MPS Report tool from the following link and run it
on both the problematic computer and the SBS server, then send the
generated CAB file to my mailbox v-mzhuan@xxxxxxxxxxxxx for further
investigation so that we can find what the root cause is:

concern, please feel free to let me know.
Best regards,

| When I try to run the Group Policy Results Wizard it won't display any
user
| names and the "next" button is greyed out. Nothing shows up in the event

|
| I'm sure it is probably something with permissions but I'm not sure.
