Does calling the sever by name work? (http://servername)

There are a couple of areas you can look at. First start by looking to see if ASP.NET version 1.1 is used. On both the 'Default Web Site'/'Remote' virtual directory and 'companyweb' go to 'Properties' and then 'ASP.NET' tab. Then check to see if the c:\inetpub\companyweb directory exist and whether it's empty or not. Check if the 'DefaulAppPool' is used on both of the above sites.

yes the eror number is 404 - page cannot be found... In the IIS manager the
Companyweb is listed.

Still any ideas?
