I changed the Path to make sure %SystemRoot%\system32 is the first entry. I
still get nothing .
Here is the output of my Path
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>path
PATH=C:\WINDOWS\system32;C:\Program Files\Windows Resource
Kits\Tools\;C:\Program Files\Support

I seem to be missing my net commands.
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>net time
'net' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
Where should these files be located?
I have scaned for viruses and spyware.
