New SBS 2003 Server in an existing Windows 2003 Domain

My customer has an existing single Windows 2003 in a 2003 AD Domain....

He has asked me to add a new SBS 2003 server to the network... The plan is
that after a while the new SBS 2003 server will take over as the main server
and the old Windows 2003 server will be decommissioned and removed...

Are there any issues adding a new SBS 2003 server to an existing Windows
2003 Domain....?, I know the SBS 2003 will take over as the DC..., will that
cause any problems....?

Any help gratefully appreciated....
