How the change admin password on a NT machine from SBS server

Hi,
I have an old NT computer which controls a CNC machine. It's worked
fine for years, but now when I try to logon to my SBS 2003 domain, I
get a message saying ""The system cannot log you on to this domain
because the system's computer account in its primary domain is
missing"

I need to logon to the local p/c as administrator, but I don't know
the local admin password, and neither does anybody else.

Is there any way I can take control of this p/c remotely as admin, so
that I can reset the admin password?

If not, any other suggestions on how I can get round this problem?

Thanks

Colin
