Is in any way possible to have DFS Replication working on a SBS 2003
system?
In a SBS2003 domain? Yes. You'll need two or more Windows 2003 R2 servers and you'd need to adprep / forest prep the AD Schema to version 31.
(DFS-R would be between the two Windows 2003 R2 servers)
I have a branch office situation, where i would want to have a DFS
structure implemented speccially with the new feature of replication
that 2003 R2 has.
My network layout has a main office with a SBS 2003 Premiun and a
branch office with a 2003 Server R2 connected over VPN. Is it
possible to implemente the DFS-R on the SBS or is there any other way
for me to have this feature using the SBS. Has i would really want
the file/folder syncronization between the two machines.
Thank you.
Fernando
great and is cheap.
Thank you.
I'll give it a try.
