RE: cannot send to sbcglobal.net addresses

Hello Nick,

Thanks for posting in our newsgroup.

I am sorry for the delay due to the weekend.

Before we go further on this subject, please let me know the following to
make the situation more clearly:

1. You said "recently we have made a switch and have mail dumping directly
to our server. " How did you do that? Is your Server a smart host? Do you
configure the sbcglobal.net to route all the e-mails to smart host?

2. You said "since making the change no one in the company can mail anyone
that has @sbcglobal.net address", which company do you refer to here, your
company or sbcglobal.net?

3. If in my second question, the company referred to your company, did you
setup additional e-mail address via Recipient Policy? What's the e-mail
address and which you set as primary e-mail address?

4. What's the Operation System of sbcglobal.net and your company?

To give you the troubleshooting suggestions, we need to collect more
information for deep research. Thanks for your patient and cooperation.

1. A sample of NDR.

Please send the information to v-robeli@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with subject:
40459597-cannot send to sbcglobal.net addresses.

I am looking forward to hear from you.

If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Best regards,

Robert Li(MSFT)
