Thanks for posting in our newsgroup.
I am sorry for the delay for the weekend.
First, please ensure the mailbox Exchange Archiver is created for archive
purpose. To do this:
1. Open Exchange System Manager.
2. Go to Domain(Exchange)\Servers\First Storage Group.
3. Right click Mailbox Store and select properties. On the General tab,
ensure "Archive all messages sent or received by mailbox on this store" is
check and Exchange Archiver lists below.
To access Exchange Archiver mailbox, we can modify the mailbox permissions
to get the aim.
Step 1: Change the Exchange Archiver's permission.
1. Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and
then click "Active Directory Users and Computers".
2. On the View menu, click to select Advanced Features.
3. In the console tree, click Users.
4. In the right pane, right-click the mailbox of Exchange Archiver, and
then click Properties.
5. Click the Exchange Advanced tab, and click Mailbox Rights.
6. Click Add, and then type your name.
7. Click Check Names to verify the name, and then click OK.
8. Verify your account is selected, and then click to select the Read
Permission, Change Permission, Full mailbox access right
9. Quit Active Directory Users and Computers.
Step 2: Open Exchange Archiver's mailbox
1. Logon your Outlook
2. Click File->Open->Other User's Folder.
3. Input Exchange Archiver and click OK.
4. Exchange Archiver's mailbox is open, you can delete the unneeded e-mails.
