Thanks for your reply.
I found you are unable to telnet 127.0.0.1, server.ctns.local or
192.168.1.101. Please let me know what you see in the cmd Windows. Do you
see a blank windows and then quit automatically, or the telnet cannot send
out e-mail. Please give me a screen shot of telnet.
If see a blank Window and then quit automatically, please check if SMTP is
listening on all IPs:
1. Open Exchange System Manager.
2. Expand "Servers", expand "<ServerName>", and then expand "Protocols".
3. Expand "SMTP", right-click "Default SMTP Virtual Server", and then click
"Properties".
4. On the General tab, make sure IP address is set to (All Unassigned).
After changing this, wait a few minutes and test again.
