Thanks for your post.
The advantage for Premium is ISA Server 2004 and SQL Server 2005 Workgroup
Edition (for Sharepoint and other business usage). The SQL 2005 Workgroup
Edition cannot be installed for other SBS instances, including Monitoring
and Reporting, ISA Logging, WSUS Database.
If you have no business need for ISA and SQL 2005 Workgroup, you can simply
purchase SBS 2003 R2, and use WSUS which was built-in.

I am going to purchase a new SBS 2003 system. Do I need, or maybe better,
should I get the premium edition with SQL to use WSUS? AFAIK I don't need
SQL for anything else.
