You need to delete the computer accounts and recreate them first using the
SBS wizards. then you need to run \\servername\connectcomputer on each
workstation.

Hi All,
Im experiencing a very strange problem, our server died recently so we
had
to replace the unit with a new one under warranty.
We rebuilt the SBS 2003 server the same as the old server ie server
name
and
domian etc, restored all of our data and recreated the users and setup
internet access and email.
Now the interesting bit is all the users can logon on and everything
works
ie internet, email, sharing but come the time of switching on the PC's
first
thing the follwoing happens:-
Once the Ctrl Alt Del logon screen appears if you logon instantly
everything
is fine ie network shares etc, but if you wait for a few seconds then
try
and
logon you get a message box saying domain controller can not be found ,
then
its a reboot at try again quickly, if you logon as soon as you hit Ctl
Alt
Del everything is ok, but if you leave it again you cant then login.
Can anyone help on this rather strange problem.
thanks
stuart
