Well you'd simply configure the second router to be a mirror of the first one except with a different public IP
Have you created secondary MX records for the second public IP?

Already spent the money a long time ago so that does not matter.
What does is that I can establish a valid back route. The routers always
have worked fine on one connection, it was when applying both T1's that it
failed.
The Linksys/Cisco just pumps out firmware and this is not listed.
So the question is still open.
