Well there are no numbers in "This is a very strong password!"
But you don't need a number. You need a non-alpha character. That's what the
exclamation point is.
Complex passwords need to be mixed case, and a mix of alpha/non-alpha.
How about "Florida State 42 Florida 0 !"
or the other way round, I don't care.
I'm assuming that's a "sports" reference. I'm not too hip to that stuff. :p

There are few users in my Windows 2003 SBS domain who cannot change
their password.
Our domain has been set by group policy in order to ask to users a
strong password, (min 8 chars, numbers and special chars). When any
of these users log in and try to change the password the system
answers with the following message:
"Windows can not complete the password change for user name because:
The password does not meet the password policy requirements. Check
the minimum password lenght, password complexity, and password
history requirements"
The user tried with many different and complex password but he
result does not change.
The administrator can change the user's password with no problems,
but the user cannot.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks and regards
Have the user try changing it to:
This is a very strong password!
If that works, they're just not picking a good enough one or are
picking one they've used before.
