Thank you for posting here.
From your post, I understand that you resolved an IIS issue and now youwould like to know what are Authenticated users, NETWORK and INTERACTIVE.
They are built-in groups in SBS 2003 Server.
Authenticated users includes all users whose identities were authenticated
when they logged on.
NETWORK implicitly includes all users who are logged on through a network
connection.
INTERACTIVE includes all users who have logged on interactively. For
example, if a user accessed a resource through interactive logon, the user
was automatically a member of Interactive group.
The membership of these groups are controlled by the OS.
