First of all, your DNS is incorrect. Your **ONLY** DNS setting on any NIC
should be the LAN IP of the SBS server. This applies to your server as well
as the workstations. Run the CEICW and enter the ISP's DNS servers for the
preferred and alternate DNS servers. This will set them up as forwarders.
You could do it manually, but you SHOULD use the wizards.
Now I have to assume that you intend to use Exchange for incoming mail,
correct? If so, is 64.183.217.242 your firewall's external address? If not,
then fix your mail server's A record to point to the WAN IP of your SBS
(preferably through a firewall).
While in the CEICW, enter mail.ie2architects.com for the web server
certificate name. If you are not familiar with the CEICW, **read up on it
first** before you do anything. When prompted for the email domain name,
enter only the ie2architects.com part of the domain name.
Second, your MX of mail.ie2architects.com on IP 64.183.217.242 does not
respond when I Telnet to it as follows:
telnet mail.ie2architects.com 25
However, I do get a response ("220 mx-out2.daemonmail.net ESMTP ready.")
when I Telnet to ie2architects.com on IP 209.240.149.247 on port 25.
So, if I try to send a message to your mail server on
mail.ie2architects.com, nothing answers. You need to fix that. Check it from
the LAN first. If it responds, then look at your firewall to make sure port
25 is forwarded to your server.

Hello, SBS sp2
The fully-qualified domain name of SMTP virtual server 'Default SMTP

may
cause mail routing problems. SMTP virtual server: ie2architects.com. DNS
resolved server name: ie2.ie2ArchitecturalStudio.local.
