Re: SBS and second Exchange server

Having a similar issue here, but have been moving mailboxes as described above.
On the same subject, how can I get the Read My Company Email link to work
for users who have mailboxes on the non SBS server? If I click on Read My
Company Email for a user who's mailbox resides on the SBS2003 server, it
works fine. If I do the same for a user who's mailbox is on the W2K3/E2K3
server then the page cannot be displayed.
I can get it to work if I turn the SBS2003 into a Front End server, but then
it breaks it for the mailboxes that are on the SBS2003 server.
I guess that the problem is that when RWW loads the Outlook Web Access, it's
loading it from the SBS server, and not the one that the mailbox actually
resides on. Can this be fixed?

Hi,.
Thanks for your reply.
I am sorry for the delay due to the weekend.
I will suggest following the workarounds/methods now:
1. Run the Add User Wizard, this will create the mailbox on AAAA Server.
After this you can use Move Mailbox Wizard to move mailbox to SBS
2. Create the user manually from dsa.msc and choose the mailbox store
located on SBS. But is not recommended because this will net create the
following setting:
Creating Home Folder
Adding the user to some security groups and distribution groups.
Adding the user to SharePoint role
Setting disk quota
Hope this helps.
If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.
