Hi
Very surprised at GFI, if any slipped through then there is a possiblity
your 'domain' name is not in the settings. Right mouse click General and
check your domain is in 'local domains' tab, also add the .local of your
domain as internal emails can be affected.
By default GFI only 'TAGS' emails with SPAM / PHISHING etc and you need to
configure what you would like GFI to do with them. You have an option to
'DELETE' but I wouldn't do this initially till GFI learns about your emails.
You can redirect the emails to another mailbox to review any 'false'
positives and you can then add them to your whitelist.
Failing this Exchange has IMF but need to be aware if any older versions of
IMF have been installed and has Exchange got SP2 on as this has newer IMF
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/bb288484.aspx
Me personally, I prefer GFI, used it for many years and looked at IMF but
typical Microsoft add on, not very user friendly. It maybe I was expecting
it to do much more as using GFI and I dont feel I have control when using
IMF
Any more questions, please ask.
