Unfortunately the hacks that work with XP desktop OS is not going to work with SBS as far as I know

I agree (and there are numerous court cases which support this) regarding the fired IT Manager. the company should contact the police immediately and file charges for Theft of Service, Restraint of Trade, etc.

And please don't use cap locks

I am onsite at a client that has fired there IT Admin. He changed the
password to SBS before he left. I cannot access the server. I Googled for
password hacks but need help. The other in house people are in cohoots with
the fired Admin
