You can expand the vertical properties of the cmd prompt.
Or you can add > c:\filename.txt to the end of a command and it will
create a text file you can open with notepad or wordpad.
as in
netstat -abn > c:\output.txt

sadly TELNET LOCALHOST 25 is failing as well
I also did the netstat -abn and it went so far down that when i
scrolled up it stopped yet there was more above.
