"companyweb" not working since Windows Server 2003 Sp2 installed

Hey, I'm at a loss with this one so pls help. I recently tried to
uninstall/reinstall the companyweb website as per Kb829114 and the intranet
install fails no matter if I start it from the original CD or from Add/remove
programs. The error log shows the following:
