RE: LDAP query for xerox 3545 printer/scanner blocked by SBS 2003?

Robert,
Thanks for your reply, sorry about my delayed response. I must have missed
checking the notification box and did not see you post until today

I am able to query the LDAP successfully from the second workstation but not
from the first one (the original one).

Hi Michael,

Thanks for your reply.

For "I was able to browse and expand LDAP from both clients", do you mean
that you can query the address book on the workstation?
But you said from the scanner and a workstation on the domain you get no
results for the same ldap query in your original post. If you can query
successfully from the workstation, this shows the problem is caused by
Xerox scanner. You need to contact the hardware manufacture for more help.

If I misunderstood your concern, please don't hesitate to let me know.

I am looking forward to hear from you.

Best regards,

Robert Li(MSFT)
