Remote & Exchange Access not available ...

(Previously posted but now posted as new problem)

If a remote user enters either https://<domain>/remote or
https://<domain>/exchange they get The Page Cannot Be found (error
code 404).

Interestingly, if the enter https://<domain>/ they get asked for
username and password and then get to a Server Administration page.
However, if they then click on companyweb they get the same 404
message.

We've run (and re-run) both CEICW and CRAW but it doesn't seem to make
any difference.

What have I done wrong :-( ??

TIA,

JohnK

p.s. Local users on the domain can access companyweb normally.
