RAID Problem after restore

Hello all gurus of the SBS, i have a problem. Our server took a bit of
a sneeze over the weekend (the storms here in chicago wrecked havoc
with the power...server was shutdown aprox. 20 times over the weekend-
with battery backup) I had corruption in the active directory ,
following the KB 258062 (Directory service cannot start). I did a
system state restore from a good backup. Everything went smoothly and
everything is working, but of course with the exception of one thing.
My RAID. I now show all the volumes in diskmanagement. Which means my
RAID array somehow was lost. So i have possible solutions and
hopefully you can help me with them. The raid is an adaptec something
or other..its onboard the mobo. It has its own Interface, prior to
windows loading. It is a simple mirror, but i have 2 arrays.
Is it possible to restore the raid array and keep the existing data
without windows going haywire?
If the above is not viable, is it possible to format the "duplicate"
or "mirrored" drives and then create mirrors in windows disk
management?
All the important drive letters did not change, so im not in a frantic
rush to fix it but i know it will cause headaches later.
Thanks, seryozha
.
