Bill,
The KB936594 hotfix fixed the issue and client computers are able to
to external ftp sites. All other configurations in CEICW are workingexcept
firewall, which I can manually open the ports through RRAS. I appreciateall
the help you have both given and will let you know if any other issueshttp://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=56FC92EE-A71A-4C73-
arise.

Thanks for the icwlog.
From the log, we can see:
Error 0x80070003 returned from call to Fixing the inheritance for
companyweb dir().
calling Set Web Publishing Rules (0x80070003).
Error 0x80070003 returned from call to CRFireCommit::Commit().
The above error always caused by registry and IIS settings don't match.
Please check:
1. Open Registry Editor.
2. Go to
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SmallBusinessServer\Intranet\companywebpath
3. Download the IIS Resource Kit tools from the following page:
itB628-ADE629C89499&displaylang=en
4. Install it, run MBExplorer (Metabase Explorer)
5. Expand LM/W3SVC.
6. Check which one is the Companyweb.
7. Make sure the value in step 2 and the path in step 6 matches.
Note: By default, the value of the registry shall be
IIS://LOCALHOST/W3SVC/4. Reinstallation of Intranet component, or
installing the Intranet component directly from the CD can change the ID
to
3. At this point, you shall change the registry to
IIS://LOCALHOST/W3SVC/3.
Now re-run CEICW and check whether the problem persists.
Back to the FTP issue, we're not sure whether the problem relates to
CEICW.
Please confirm whether you've installed Windows Server 2003 SP2 on your
SBS
Server. If yes, there're some known issues. Please check the following KB
articles.

In addition, I also suggest you to update your NIC drivers to see whether
this can solve the problem.
If the problem persists, please collect the Network MPS Report and send
thisto me as I mentioned in previous reply.
Thanks & Regards,
Bill Peng
