Hello,
Thanks for posting in our newsgroup.
I am sorry for the delay due to the weekend.
From your description, I know that you want to create a report to see howmany times a certain user or all users has logged to Windows 2003 Terminal
Server, SBS 2003 or R2. If that's not right, please don't hesitate to let
me know.
When a user visits Windows Server, an event 540 message is recorded on the
server. We can manually get the times the user logged on by finding Event
540 for certain user.
To do this:
1. Run the eventvwr command.
2. Right click Security and select View/Filter.
3. Check the following options:
Event types: Success audit
Source: Security
Category: Logon/Logoff
Event ID: 540
User: Username
Please note that event 540 may also be recorded when you connect to the
shared folder on the SBS server.
To create the report automatically, we need coding. At this point, please
open a new thread in Microsoft.public.msdn newsgroup. Thanks for your
understanding.
If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.
Best regards,
Robert Li(MSFT)
