1. Check the client firewall settings if it allows RDC or port 3389.
2. Check one of the client machines / right click on My Computer / Remote /
check if Allow users to connect remotely to this computer is checked.
3. From outside it only works if you use VPN to your network? (don't know
how it works if you use ISA as firewall)
4. Check if you are using third-party firewall that deny RDC connections.

I get the following messge when i try and log into a users computer via
RWW.
I can enter the RWW conenction select the computer name and i get the
following message: "Connectivity to the remote computer could not be
established. Ensure that the remote computer is on and connected to the
Windows Small Business Server Network".

This error happens either inside the network or outside the network.
