I wondered if it was a MAC issue but since I have no experience with them I
don't put much focus in that area. Knowing it is just Entourage will help
narrow down where you look for problems though.

Just Entourage, so far. Our office is about 35% Mac and 65% PC. I
probably would have seen it earlier with Outlook if it were effecting
both platforms. I've also kind of assumed that it was just an
Entourage problem, especially since Entourage connects/syncs with
Exchange in such a different way than Outlook. Let's just say it
wouldn't be the first weird issue we have had with Entourage...
