Antivirus exclude folders?

I am using ESET's NOD32 antivirus on our SBS2003 with SP2 and WSUS 2.0.
After reading various posts on this NG and the KB articles I came up with
the following list of folders that NOD32 should not scan.
I would appreciate any comments on this as to whether I have missed
something or have included folders that I should not. Otherwise I offer the
list up for others that need an exclusion list for their antivirus
protection.
NOD32 recommends using both long and short folder names, so there is some
redundancy in the list. NOD32 also converts all names to upper case.
