The fact that it only works with the IP address tells me that there is
something wrong with your DHCP server configuration. The DHCP server should
give your clients the DNS server address which in turn will resolve the
http://servername/connectcomputer.

Post and ipconfig /all from one of the XP boxes and from your SBS box.

when i try to run the connect computer wizard i get some problems. on the
client machines when i type in the server/connectcomputer it dosent work
if i
type the ip address/connectcomputer it opens the wizard and i press the
connect to the network now link it then brings up the security warning and

click yes and it dissapers it then says running cofiguation wizard but
nothing else happens. At the bottom of the page it says done and shows the
yellow triangle to say there is a erorr when i click it tells me

denied. This is happening on all the client computers.There opprate
systems
are windows 200 and xp pro.
