Larry,

Thanks....That got me to the right area to look. I know the info was
limited, but it was all I have. The event logs and other reporting tools
were fine. I totally missed the exchange monitoring tool.

Again, Thanks for responding and getting me pointed in the right
direction.

Hi RH:

There are two many possibilities based on the information you gave.

Any errors in the event logs?

Look at this for starters:

http://www.webservertalk.com/message1275656.html

And then this: long link, you will have to reassemble it.

http://groups.google.com/groups?as_q=wmi+cpu+errors&num=20&scoring=r&as_
epq=&as_oq=&as_eq=&as_ugroup=microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs&as_usubject=
&as_uauthors=&lr=&as_drrb=q&as_qdr=&as_mind=1&as_minm=1&as_miny=1981&as_
maxd=20&as_maxm=8&as_maxy=2007&safe=off

btw: I am not comfortable with replying with such non specific info, and
only did this to give you a place to start looking. If there is more
information available, such as event errors, maybe more specific help
will show up.

Does anyone know what generates these messages??

<Server> has reported a Error. Reported status is:
Queues - OK
Drives - Warning
Services - OK
Memory - OK
CPU - Error

I have been getting these about every 45 - 60 minutes since a reboot
three
days ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated
