AFAIK, that is all we have to worry about.

If you just have to use the client it's no problem. Ask them whether it
uses SCP or SFTP, filezilla is way easier to use for SFTP I think,
looking at the screenshots it will first launch you into PINE, a linux
console e-mail client. Which might only confuse you. In filezilla you
would have to use a URL like sftp://files.domain.com
.
