When you say "the stuff above" what exactly do you mean? Other than the company name what else do you want to change?

Does anybody know which on page(s) the configuration wizard inserts the company name?
I have a client that wants the name changed (on the very top as well as beside the HOME icon). I don't seem to be able to find the right page.
