Error configuring remote access

Hi all,
I've got a Dell PE 2600 with two Intel Nics, one external and one internal.
The server is running sbs 2003. Recently I've been unable to see either nic
in network connections and rras, remote access connection manager, and
network connection services are unable to start.
However when I do an Ipconfig/all I get the following:
Windows IP Configuration

Also, when I go into safe mode I can see the nics fine.
I tried running the remote access wizard which failed.
Here's a dump of rraslog.txt.

I've read other posts regarding this issue so I'll try applying sbs service
pack 1 as an option. In the meantime if anyone can shed some light on my
problem specifically I'd appreciate it.
