Exchange Server 2003 mail delivery.

My SBS 2003 crashed and after getting it backup I found that my
Exchange Server mailboxes were corrupt. I repaired them and all
seemed well except no one on network can get mail from outside. All
internal email works and everyone can send to anyone outside but we
get no email from anyone else. Any suggestions on what the problem
might be?
