Is that a Windows 2000 Terminal Server?

Merv
Thank you for your post.
Our users are connecting to a dedicated Terminal Server from where they
run the applications - which I understand is OK
thank you for the other information

Hi Alex,
It sounds like your using the SBS server as a "terminal server" for all
users. You do realize that allowing your users to connect directly to
the server itself via RDP or RWW is a recipe for total disaster, right?
The answer to your RWW question, is that after you click on "Connect to
my Server Desktops", a screen is presented with the list of available
servers (Computers). Below this list is an "Optional Settings" link.
Clicking on this allows the users to connect their hard drive to the
server ("Enable files and folders to be transferred between the remote
computer and this computer"). There is also a setting for "Select the
screen size for the connection".

Hi
When our remote users connect to our server using RDC they are able to
both minimise the server desktop and also add their local drives to the
resources they could see when connected.
Under RWW these options appear not available when they connect to the
server desktop through RWW, is this configurable?
Thanks
Alex
