Hello,

Thanks for posting in our newsgroup and also for Jmurray's great input.

Before we go further on this issue, please let me know the following to
make the situation more clearly

1. What is the motive of copying date to another SBS 2003 server?
2. Do you want to setup a new SBS server in the existing SBS domain?
3. Do you want to migrate the SBS to new hardware?

Since the SBS has the following limitations, you cannot setup a new SBS
server in the existing SBS domain.

1. Small Business Server must be the root of Active Directory forest
2. One Windows Small Business server per domain.
3. Trusts are disabled

If your business is developed and SBS cannot meet the business requirement,
you could purchase Transition Pack to break the SBS limitation turn your
network into a normal Windows Server 2003 network. More information about
Transition Pack.

If the send server is for the backup and load balance purpose, you and
setup a Windows 2003 server as additional DC in remote site.
