Charles,

You may have a name resolution problem. On the SBS box, uninstall the printer using the device manager, check for hidden devices for that printer--delete them also. Then, using Server Management | printers | add printer, reinstall the printer using the IP address, i.e. \\192.168.16.9\printerShareName. The IP is the address of the computer to which the printer is attached. Then try printing a test doc.
