sbs roaming profile not loading on local client

Background: Updated Group Policies on SBS domain.

4 local XP clients no issues

1 XP client that also uses TS (with same profile with RWW) the roaming
profile will not now load on the local client, but will load on TS
server with RWW.

The profiles were working before the domain Group Policies update.
