Hi Laurin,
I am sorry for misunderstanding your concern.
I researched your logs and MPS Report.
Did you send out the invitation letter From: administrator@xxxxxxxx? If
so, the letter was not set out. There are many e-mails send from
administrator@xxxxxxxx to himself, but no one was to bmolhoek@xxxxxxxxx
From MPS Report, I also cannot find any clue of the error.
When you take the following steps:
1. Open Companyweb and click Site Settings.
2. Click Manger Users and then click Add user.
3. Input user name and choose Site Group. Click Next.
4. Make sure the box "Send the following e-mail to let these users know
they have been added" is check.
5. Click Finish.
Can you see any error messages, for example "The user or users have been
added successfully, but there was error in sending the e-mail message."
I am looking forward to hear from you.
Have a nice weekend.
Best regards,
Robert Li(MSFT)
