The SBS was running fine prior to installing the SP2? Did you review the SBS
team blog notes and KB939421 related to SP2 issues on SBS?

Help! SBS 2003 w/ Win2k3 SP2 installed Friday. The server is lockup up
and I can't ping, RDP or RWW into the server and on top of that, the
console won't wake up. I have no way to administer the server to see
what's going on... I don't even know how to reboot the server with
unplugging it from the wall. I was hoping for a graceful shutdown...
