| Thanks for your help. I skipped suggestion 1, we were on SP1 when it
| started, and updated to SP2 a week or so ago.

| However, suggestion 2 did the trick. I discovered Enterprise Admins was
not
| a member of Administrators. Last night there was no audit failure.
