Hi John,
Your 3rd party cert request will want the FQDN, and will not need the
protocol you will be using the cert for. Thus, myserver.mydomain.com.

I am requesting a 3rd Party Certificate. While filling out the wizzard - I
have a simple question to clarify. Should I include https:// in the site
name request - https://myserver.mydomain.com or just
myserver.mydomain.com
.
