I am sorry for the delay due to the weekend.
Please take the following steps to narrow down this problem:
1. Please ensure the missing links and images are all within fedex.com, not
from other websites.
2. Please logon a different client computer, can the problem be reproduced?
3. Please temporally disable the IPSec, check if the problem can be
reproduced.

<1- FedEx is not hosted by me. I'm trying to permit access to the website.

<5- I can ping the website with no problem. The page comes up, it just does
<not load the images and some of the links on there.

<also my intranet. all the other websites work fine with the exception of
