RE: How to reduce amount of spam coming through exchange

Hi Guido,

Thanks for posting in our newsgroup.

From your description, I know that you need information on how to reduce
SPAM. If I am not right, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Based on my research, I'd like to give you the following suggestions:

1. To reduce the number of junk e-mail messages or spam, you can download
Exchange Server SP2, which includes Exchange Intelligent Message Filter v2.

More info:

2. Please read the following KB on how to prevent spam on Exchange 2003:

How to prevent unsolicited commercial e-mail in Exchange 2003
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;821746

3. On how to reduce spam on Outlook, please read the following article:

What to do with all that spam

Hope this helps.

If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Best regards,

Robert Li(MSFT)
