Thanks Cris and Steve
Yes, it's powered by Widows Mobile 5.0. The model will be the Palm Treo 700p or 700wx. The user started out with a Blackberry phone and I didn't like having to install more on my server so he is going to change to the Palm phone with Window Mobile 5.0.

If this is a Windows Mobile 5 device, then the real key is getting the SBS Self Signed Certificate on to the phone?
So before we go further, we need to know which model phone or just confirm that its a WM5 phone

Below are the beginning instructions found on Verizon's web site for
configuring their phones to get Exchange mail. Are these just for Exchange
servers that don't have synch capabilities or is this a Verizon thing. I
have everything set on the server end and have organized the instructions
found in Microsoft's "Deploying Windows Mobile 5.0 With Small Business
Server". Do I follow those instructions and ignore Verizon's.
Thanks
Jeff
