Re: RWW - Local Policy connect to desktop issue

I am pretty sure that's what displays in ADUC on the Terminal Services
Profile tab of user properties prior to the installation of Windows Server
2003 SP1. The one virtual SBS I have here at RTM shows that same field.
SP1 servers show 'deny this user permissions to log on to any terminal
server'.

Note, SP0 mainstream support ended on July 10 2007.

If you create a new user in your domain, does this user account work for
connecting to the desktop via RWW? Have you tried to re-apply user
permissions via Server Manager | Users, select the link to 'Change Users
Permissions' and re-apply the appropriate user template permissions on top
of whatever is already set on the user account(s)?

The only check box that I see on the Terminal Services Profile tab is
labeled
'Allow logon to terminal server' and it is checked.

Hey all,

I am having a similar problem to what Dabbler was. I have followed
Jason's
instructions for explicetly allowing the user but have not had
success.
Here
are the details.

SBS 2003 domain
The user can logon to RWW but cannot connect to their 'computer at
work'.
They receive the same message, "The local policy of this system does
not
permit you lot log on interactivly' when they get the logon screen
of
that
client.

However, the admin can logon to that same machine.

Any ideas?
