Re: Login Problems

Hello,

Thanks for posting in our newsgroup and also for Larry's wonderful
suggestion.

Please let me know the following to make the situation more clearly:

1. What's the error message you can see when visit the network resource?

Please try the following:

Step 1: Please change the password and try again.

1. Open Server Management and click Users.
2. Right click the user account and select Reset Password.
3. Input the new password.

Step 2: Please reset the computer account and try again.

1. Open ADUC.
2. Migrate to Domain.local\MyBusiness\Computers\SBSComputers.
3. Right click computer account and click Reset Account.

If that doesn't work, please help me collect the following information for
further research:

1. Please export the Security Event log on SBS server and email it to me.

To export the Security event log:

1) Click Start -> Run, type EVENTVWR.MSC and click OK.
2) Right click the Security Event, select Save Log File as, save it to .evt
file.
3) Email me the file

2. Let me know the problematic user account.

Please send the information to v-robeli@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with subject:
40068774- Login Problems.

I am looking forward to hear from you.

If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Best regards,

Robert Li(MSFT)
